The staff showed amazing efficiency when addressing our A/C problem. Maintenance arrived super quickly and solved it without delay. The outdoor patio was nice. The room felt cramped, especially for a family. The bed wasn't that comfortable, hard to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast could use improvement. The options were limited and didn't feel very appealing. A mixed experience, balancing great service with room size and comfort issues.

We had a pleasant stay at this brand-new hotel. The property's location was great and absolutely perfect, next to the mall and all major restaurants, and everything, mall, restaurants, bowling alley. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

Beautifully designed and reasonably large room, a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets in the room. Excellant, very proactive people working here.
